For each product, we provide a detailed breakdown of sizes under the details tab. We highly recommend measuring your ring size, neck length as well as wrist size before making a purchase, to ensure you get the right fit.

Unlike a lot of the industry, our Gold Vermeil jewelry is .925 Sterling Silver with a very thick 18K solid gold plating, making it long lasting and hypoallergenic. Additional metal details can be found: here.

Our pieces are made to last! We take the extra step to ensure that our Gold Vermeil jewelry is hypoallergenic, made with the highest grade of .925 Sterling Silver, which matches the industry standard microns of .5. Overtime, however, direct contact with chemicals, or improper care of jewelry, can lead to the plating wearing off. Please refer to our Jewelry Care guide to ensure your pieces last as long as the memory you are celebrating it with!

We normally take 24-48 hours to process orders placed during the week. There are some exceptions during the holidays. Our Standard FREE shipping method is 3-4 days via USPS after processing, though you may upgrade your shipment preference at checkout. Our Processing and Shipping policies can be found here.

At the moment, we offer domestic U.S.A. shipping only, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We will begin offering international shipping in 2026.

You may return most items you purchased - Terms and Conditions apply. However, some items are excluded, like Permanent Jewelry, Final-Sale items, digital gift cards, and engraved or personalized items.

Items like Permanent Jewelry, Final-Sale items, digital gift cards and personalized or engraved item cannot be returned.

For all other items, they must be in their original condition and free of any damage. Please refer to our Return & Refunds policy here for more information.

Please note that we do not accept returns for Permanent Jewelry, Final-Sale items, digital gift cards as well as engraved products.

Once warehouse has received and approved the return or exchange please note it can take up to 14 business days to process your request and you will be notified when your exchange or refund is processed. If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately here. Please help us by including your order number in the request.

While we will make every attempt to accommodate a request to amend or cancel the order, please note that we cannot guarantee any requests. We strive to process orders as soon as they are received; once the order leaves our fulfillment center, we have virtually no control in retrieving it back from a shipping carriers.

We accept most major credit & debit card issuers (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, etc.) and have made it easy for our customers to use additional forms of payment like Shop, Apply Pay or Google Pay.
