Warranty
We are confident in our pieces creating everlasting memories, and we stand by the quality of our jewelry. We want you to feel just as confident knowing your pieces are made to last.
In rare cases of craftsmanship defects, we understand the importance of having your jewelry replaced. Haus of Urbi offers a 1-year warranty on most items.
- Please note that the 1-year warranty applies only to craftsmanship defect; warranty does not apply to items with normal wear-and-tear, damaged (other than craftsmanship), or otherwise tarnished items. Warranty does not apply to Gift Cards or Final-Sale items.

You agree:
- Items have no scratches, and are free or imperfections or tarnishing
- Items have not been exposed to tap, salt or ocean water
- Items have not been exposed to the following, but are not limited to, harsh chemicals, oils, perfumes, cleaning agents, beauty products
- Lost or stolen pieces will not be returned, refunded or exchanged
We follow the below process for claims:
- Please submit your claim by sending your inquiry to contact@hausofurbi.com; our team will follow-up and guide you through the process
- If your claim is approved and the item is in stock, your piece will be replaced with the same item
- If your claim is approved and the item is out-of-stock, we will refund you the original cost of your piece
Our process for returns and exchanges within warranty:
- Our team will review and carefully inspect each item against our Returns and Exchange policy; please note that our team reserves the right to make the final decision to approve, or deny, a return claim for any reason, including for reasons that are not listen herein
- Please make sure the pieces you are returning were purchased at Haus of Urbi. Upon inspection of your returned item, if it’s been identified that an item was inadvertently sent to us is from another – non-Haus of Urbi – brand, it will be promptly mailed back to you. Please note that in such event, Haus of Urbi is NOT responsible for damaged or lost items during handling or shipment.
Permanent Jewelry Warranty:

If your chain’s hoop (where the two ends meet) happens to snap or otherwise break within the first 30 days of the first weld, we will perform your re-weld at no cost to you
- Please note that if the chain snaps or is damaged anywhere other than where the hoop is holding the two chain ends together, we may not be able to re-weld due to chain integrity being weak
- Any charms or otherwise attachments lost will not be refunded. However, you can re-purchase them and we will re-weld it for free
- Any subsequent re-welds after the first one are $20 each
