- if you wish to process a return, please visit us at the original location you purchased the item from. Returns will not be processed without the original receipt

- You agree and acknowledge that should a return be approved and processed, you are responsible for all associating shipment costs of your original item

- Personalized Jewelry
- Gift cards
By submitting a return within 30 days of purchase, you agree that:

- With the exception of factory defects, items have not been damaged
- Items have not been worn
- Items have no scratches, and are free of imperfections or tarnishing
- Items have not been exposed to tap, salt or ocean water
- Items have not been exposed to the following, but not limited to, harsh chemicals, oils, perfumes, cleaning agents, beauty products
- All items – including packaging & jewelry care items – must be included in the return for a full refund
- Lost or stolen pieces will not be returned, refunded or exchanged
- Partial items purchased as part of a bundle will not be accepted
- Please make sure the pieces you are returning were purchased at Haus of Urbi. Upon inspection of your returned item, if it’s been identified that an item was inadvertently sent to us is from another – non-Haus of Urbi – brand, it will be promptly mailed back to you. Please note that in such event, Haus of Urbi is NOT responsible for damaged or lost items during handling or shipment
Exchanges:
- If you would like to exchange your item – like another size or color – you may have the option to do so through our chat feature and by following the protocols for the exchange
- Exchanges are governed by the same Terms & Conditions noted above, including but limited to, returned shipment costs incurred to you
