While the allure of a permanent jewelry is that you wear it and forget it, we have listed a few care instructions to keep in your back pocket:
1) When you shower, your jewelry can shower too! Use a gentle tooth brush or spoolie, wash gently with mild soap, then pat dry.
2) Your chain/charm is safe to swim in the ocean, lakes or salt waters, but please limit exposure to chlorine pools and hot tubs.
3) Avoid harsh chemicals, lotions, perfumes directly on the jewelry, as they may deteriorate the structure of the metal over time.
4) If you wish to remove your chain/charm, carefully cut it at the jump ring (weld spot) with a nail cutter, pliers or scissors. Please note that if the chain is cut at any other point, it may not be rewelded!
5) Regrettably, we are unable to provide replacements, refunds or discounts for lost, broken or snagged chains. But we do offer repairs for a fee.
6) We will re-weld one time, any piece for free up to 1 month from your purchase. In the event of any issues after this period, a $20 re-weld fee will be applied.
